General:
PAI provides
safeguards and security services that are included but not limited to
field surveillance of radiological access control, establishment of
safeguards and security surveillance files, development of
accountability system for nuclear materials and classified documents,
computer and document processing safeguards and security control,
vulnerability assessment, root cause analysis, radioactive and hazardous
material transportation safeguards and monitoring, training and
education, emergency management, and 24-hour occurrence reporting center
operations.

Systems Services for NNSA Nevada Site Office |

PAI has provided security system services for
NNSA/NSO in the whole S&S scope. A staff of over 30
provide support in the areas of physical security, VAs,
information security that includes SSCIM system operation,
OPSEC and cyber security, classification,
declassification, classified matter control and
protection, and Site S&S Plan development. PAI also
operated three physical fitness training centers to ensure
the ProForce was compliant with the regulatory

Safeguards
and Security Services for DOE Oak Ridge Site |

PAI
has been part of an integrated team to provide the
spectrum of S&S services to the Y-12 Site Office, ORNL,
ETTP, and the Federal Building complete. With a Q-cleared
staff of over 23, PAI personnel have assisted with
pro-force training, physical security systems, information
security, personnel security, nuclear materials control
and accountability, cyber security, S&S program
management, OPSEC, VAs, site training services, emergency

Safety
and Compliance Support Services to NNSA Y-12 Site Office |
|

PAI
has provided nuclear criticality assessment and nuclear
safety documentation at Y-12 for the past 9 years and to
the M&O contractor for 10 years prior. Our services
included oversight and evaluation of operating contractor
performance in the areas of budgeting, change control and
cost management, and operations, nuclear criticality, site
safety, conduct of operations and maintenance, fire
protection, plan, program, and procedure evaluation and
audit, environmental regulatory management, site business
management, and storage and transportation assessments of
nuclear materials. PAI also provided training oversight
and guidance and oversight for the work of the USACE in

Technical
Support to the DOE SRS Assistant Manager for Nuclear
Material Processing |

|
PAI
provided professional managers, engineers, and scientists
to serve the DOE SRS Operations Office in the management
and operation of the SRS Nuclear Facilities. PAI's
services included facility assessments, conduct of
operations, nuclear material control and accountability
support, developed emergency preparedness and force
protection programs, environmental and regulatory
management, health physics, fire protection, hazardous
waste management, training, administrative, and computer
and database management. Facilities/ programs/operations
supported include: Tritium Facilities, FB-Line Restart,
Reactor Materials Program, F-Area, H-Canyon, 235-F, AMDP
Spent Fuel Program, SRS Reactor Areas, and Separations and
